Portraits of the 99%

Posted: November 17, 2011 in Uncategorized

A big “Thank You” to Robert Schultze for sharing his blog with us. You need to see this! He has taken some stunning portraits of the 99%, they can be seen on his blog here.

He says “I had seen a lot of street portraits and photojournalist style photos of the protests, but I hadn’t seen anything very formal. About a month ago I set up a small studio backdrop with some reflectors and took about 50 portraits. I didn’t think a lot of it, I sent them to the OccupySF movement and thought I was done. The next day my website and my blog had crashed and I had messages from all over from people saying how inspiring my work was and that I should come to their city. Since then, I have been to 5 cities and have taken over 250 portraits.

If you can, please help him continue to fund this project.
